We identify the passive candidates, who are not unemployed or laid-off, but who are happily employed and who would be willing to listen to that better opportunity that we present to them. We identify the most qualified candidates. Then, we establish if there is an interest and set up an introduction. We realize and understand that time is of essence for our clients to fill the open positions. We value that time frame and our work will not be complete till we find the ‘perfect’ candidate for our valued clients.
